There is a suspected cancer cluster in Fallon, NY where children are contracting leukemia at 600% of the ex- pected rate. Jet fuel spills from a nearby air base are suspected, but residents feel the facts are being covered up.

In Tom's River, NJ, site of another cancer cluster, government authorities are allowing 38,000 drums of hazardous chemical waste to remain in a Superfund site.

It took years of costly litigation before families in Woburn, Mass won a settlement for the large number of leukemia cases traced to chemicals polluting their drinking water
